Welcome

I'niah Clark graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2023 and was admitted to the California Bar that same year. 

Jenna Karvunidis graduated from Southwestern Law School in 2023 and was admitted to practice law in California the same year. She is a Housing Justice Fellow at Inner City Law Center and is awaiting publication of law review note about reproductive justice in Spring 2024. 

Christy Thomas graduated from Southwestern Law School in May 2023 and was admitted to the Califronia Bar the same year. She works at California Commercial Investment Group. 

Laurie Taylor is the WLALA advisor for ORLP. She is a lecturer ar UCLA school of law and worked for 13 years as a lead appellate court attorney at the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District.  She was a litigation associate at a small firm for two years. After graduating from UCLA Law, she clerked for 15 years for Ninth Circuit Judge Robert Boochever.  Before law school she received a master's degree in Comparative Literature, taught Spanish at the University of Rochester and Cornell University, and worked at the University of California Press.
